- Delivery schedules may be delayed due to courier circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- In cases where the return is due to customer responsibility, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Exchanges or returns are not accepted if the return request period has expired, or if the product or packaging is damaged or shows signs of use.
Non-Return / Non-Exchange Conditions
1. If the product is lost or damaged due to customer negligence (excluding damage caused solely by opening the package to inspect the contents)
2. If the product’s value has significantly decreased due to use by the customer
3. If the product’s value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult
4. If the packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged (e.g. CDs, DVDs, games, books)
5. If digital content or services, as defined under Article 2, Clause 5 of the Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries, have been provided (excluding divisible services or digital content where provision has not yet begun)
6. If a custom-made or made-to-order product has entered the production stage following the customer’s order
